P.C.:- 1) In pursuance of the Order dated 13th August 2024, the present Application is listed today on board under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' of the said Order.
2) Learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the said Order, the Applicants have deposited the said cost of Rs. 75,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period.
2.1) A praecipe dated 30th August 2024 alongwith a photocopy of RTGS/NEFT Application Form and a cheque dated 27th August 2024 drawn on the Kotak Mahindra Bank indicating that, the said amount is deposited 1/2
Gitalaxmi 6-apl-785-2024.doc in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 3) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 submitted that, the Order dated 13th August 2024 was uploaded on the official website of Bombay High Court on 20th August 2024 at about 17:37:57 p.m. (5.37 p.m.) and thereafter he immediately took out a print of the said Order. In the said Order in paragraph no. 6 it is stated that, the Respondent No. 2 shall pay a cost of Rs. 25,000/- to the Central Police Welfare Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of said Order on the official website of Bombay High Court and therefore the Respondent No. 2 on 29th August 2024 deposited the said cost of Rs. 25,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund. That, a photocopy of the receipt/certificate issued by the Desk Officer for and on behalf of the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State dated 29th August 2024 is produced on record. 4) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 13th August 2024 are complied with by the Applicants and Respondent No. 2. 5) Remove from board.
