Learned APP, on instructions, submits that charge sheet will be filed in C.R.Nos.220 of 2018 and 111 of 2019, both registered initially with the Kalyan Police Station, Thane, and subsequently transferred to the E.O.W. Thane, within four weeks from today. He H.C.SHIV 1/2

12.apl780.24.doc further submits, that the police will take an appropriate decision on the LOC before the next date.

Stand over to 5th August, 2024.

In the meantime, the stay to the LOC in both the CR's to continue upto 6th August, 2024.

Needless to state, that if the Applicant intends to travel overseas, he is free to do so, however, he shall inform his travel details and itinerary to the concerned officer, before his departure. 5.
