Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the applicant again intends to travel overseas to several countries during the next eight weeks and as such, she seeks continuation of the stay on the operation, implementation and execution of the Look-Out Circular 1/3

('LOC' for short) issued against him in both the C.Rs i.e. C.R.No.220 of 2018, registered with the Kalyan Police Station (subsequently transferred to the Economic Offences Wing, Thane) and also C.R.No. 111 of 2019 registered with the Kalyan Police Station (subsequently also transferred to the Economic Offences Wing, Thane ('EOW' for short), during the said period of travel.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has travelled overseas on several occasions. Considering that the applicant is required to travel overseas in connection with his work, the LOC issued as against the applicant in both the aforesaid C.Rs i.e. C.R.No.220 of 2018 and 111 of 2019, registered with the Kalyan Police Station and subsequently transferred to EOW, Thane, is stayed for a period of ten weeks, so as to enable the applicant to travel overseas to various countries on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) The applicant, before his departure, shall furnish the full itinerary of his overseas travel with all details, including the address 2/3

where he would stay, telephone/mobile/contact numbers, on which he can be contacted during the said period, to the EOW, via e-mail/fax or any other electronic mode;

(ii) The respondent - EOW shall inform the Immigration Authorities of the order passed today;

(iii) The Immigration Authorities, on all points of departure, will permit the applicant to pass through immigration and to board his flight or flights, irrespective of whether the immigration system has been updated and whether the EOW has informed the Immigration Authorities or not;
