By this Application, the Applicant seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No.221 of 2023 with the Marine Drive Police Station, Mumbai as against the Applicant for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr.Konde Deshmukh, learned Addl.PP on instructions, has tendered a report dated 1st October, 2025. The said report is taken on record. He states that the Police after conducting investigation, have found that the dispute is civil in nature and as such, have decided to close the complaint.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Application. The Application stands disposed of.
