A short prayer of the applicant is that he is a senior citizen aged about 71 years has moved a Protest Petition before the Trial Court bearing CC No. 3660/MISC/2022. It has not been decided despite attempts being made in that regard.

Learned A.P.P has no objection to issue necessary directions. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Trial Court is directed to expedite hearing of the aforesaid Protest Petition moved by the applicant and decide the same as early as possible, in any case, within ten weeks from the date of passing of this order.
