Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that after Applicant No. 1 had filed a divorce petition in August 2023, the F.I.R., which is a subject matter of the present Application, is filed in September 2023 as a counter-blast. All the allegations made in the F.I.R. are upto May 2023 and the F.I.R. is filed in September 2023. The allegations in the F.I.R. are vague, particularly against Applicant No. 2.

Considering these submissions, it is necessary to hear the first informant. Hence, the following order :- 1/2

ORDER

a.

Issue notice to Respondent No. 2, returnable on 3rd February 2025.

b.

Till then the Trial Court shall not proceed against the Applicants only.

Stand over to 3rd February 2025.
