The Applicant appears as party in person. The contesting respondent is the Respondent No.2 who has lodged the FIR vide C.R. No. 556 of 2023 at Amboli Police Station under Section 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC). Both the parties make a statement that the parties are ready to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. The couple has two grown up sons. In the interest of future of the sons and the parties it would be better if the parties explore such possibility of settlement through mediation. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1. Both the parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre of this court on 21st October 2024 at 11.00 a.m. Purti Parab

2. The Officer in charge of the Mediation Centre shall make an effort to bring about the settlement between the parties through mediation.

3. To facilitate the process of mediation some Adinterim relief can be granted to the Applicant till the next date. Stand over to 9th December 2024, till then the Trial Court shall not proceed with the trial arising out of C.R. No. 556 of 2023 of Amboli Police Station.
