That, a praecipe dated 30th August 2024 along with photo copy of Demand Draft drawn on RBL Bank Ltd. Mazgaon Branch, Mumbai indicating that, the said amount is deposited with the concerned Authority is produced on record. 2) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 20th August 2024 are complied with.
