P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Applicants on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 31st July 2024, the Applicants have deposited the said cost of Rs. 2,00,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund of the Maharashtra Police, within stipulated period. 1.1) A praecipe dated 28th August 2024 alongwith a photocopy of email dated 23rd August 2024 issued by the I.C.I.C.I. Bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record.

1.2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 31st July 2024 are complied with.

2) Remove from board.
