Heard learned counsel for the applicants. He submits that applicant Nos.2 and 3 who are the parents of applicant No.1 never shared household with respondent No.1. It is further submitted that applicant No.4 is the married sister of applicant No.1 and applicant No.5 is her husband. It is the contention of the applicants that respondent No.2 never cohabited with them.

In such circumstances, this Court prima facie finds that it would not be in the interest of justice that they are called upon to appear before the JMFC Ulhasnagar on the next date of hearing. 3.
