The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is accused in case No.115/SW/2008 which is currently pending before the trial Court. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks a limited relief of a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing. Considering that the trial has been pending since 2008, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the trial.
