P.C.:- 1) Perusal of First Information Report prima facie indicates that no offence as alleged under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1969 qua the Applicant is made out, as the Applicant himself belongs to Scheduled Caste. As far as Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, the ingredients of it for attracting the said crime to the Applicant are prima facie silent in the F.I.R. 2) Issue notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 27th August 2024.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to supply spare copies of Application in the Registry within a period of one week from 1/2
