On 16th July 2024, the following order was passed by this Court in the aforesaid application : - "1) Perusal of First Information Report prima facie indicates that no offence as alleged under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1969 qua the Applicant is made out, as the Applicant himself belongs to Scheduled Caste. As far as Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned, the ingredients of it for attracting the said crime to the Applicant are prima facie silent in the F.I.R. 2) Issue notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 27th August 2024.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to supply spare copies of Application in the Registry within a period of one week from today, failing which the Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
4) Till the returnable date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).".

Today, learned Addl.P.P on instructions submits that investigation is complete and charge-sheet is likely to be filed in the aforesaid case within two weeks from today. Statement accepted. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, we vacate the ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 16th July 2024 and permit the police to file charge-sheet in the aforesaid case. 4.
On charge-sheet being filed, learned counsel for the applicant is granted leave to amend to annex the charge-sheet. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks thereafter and amended copy be served on the other side. 2/3
