Osk 85-Apl-899-2024.doc with Nandgaon Police Station, District Nashik Rural, under Sections 323, 498-A, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, with the consent of Respondent No.2.

1.1) Learned Advocate for Petitioners, on instructions, submitted that, till date the police have not filed chargesheet. The said statement is accepted. 2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has filed an Affidavit dated 15th July 2024, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, she has arrived at out of Court settlement with the Petitioners and has agreed to withdraw present case. In para No.2 thereof, she has given her no objection for quashing of the crime in question.

2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 15th July 2024 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in-question. 3) In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
