P.C.:- 1) At the outset, Mr. Sharma, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 submitted that, in the cause title of Order dated 28th August 2024 his name was erroneously mentioned as Mr. Vivek Mishra instead of Mr. Vivek M. Sharma.

The correct name is Mr. Vivek M. Sharma.

2) The Order dated 28th August 2024 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the Order be uploaded on the official website of High Court of Bombay.

3) Mr. Karmarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 28th August 2024, the Applicants have 1/2

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // rdg 7-apl-902-2024.doc deposited the said cost of Rs.2.00,000/- with Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within stipulated period. That, a praecipe dated 6th September 2024 along with a photo copy of receipt issued by H.D.F.C. Bank Ltd. indicating that the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is transferred in the account of the said Authority is produced on record. 4) Mr. Sharma, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 28th August 2024, his client has also deposited the said cost of Rs.1,00,000/- within stipulated period. That a praecipe dated 13th September 2024 along with copy of statement of account of Respondent No.1 indicating that, the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been debited from the account of Respondent No.1 is produced on record.

5) In view thereof, directions issued by Order dated 28th August 2024 are complied with by Applicants and Respondent No.1 within stipulated period.

6) Remove from board.
