Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, the aforesaid Application has been filed under a bona fide belief that, the impugned Order can be challenged only by way of such Application. Now, the Applicants realised that, the said order can be challenged by way of revision, therefore, the Applicants want to file the Revision Application before the appropriate Court.
