Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Respondent No.2 has purposely opened different Bank Accounts in his name at different places and then deposited the subject cheques so as to file different cases at different places, just to harass the Applicant. Hence, Respondent No.2 to produce Bank Statement of the Account related to dishonour of cheques covering the period of one year, i.e. six months prior 1/2

Jyoti 6-APL-971-24 & ANR.doc to and six months after the dishonour of cheques. 2) Respondent No.2 shall file an affidavit which shall be supported by the aforesaid Bank Account Statements. 3) Stand over to 29th January, 2025.
