Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

With the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, the Criminal Application No. 971 of 2024 and Criminal Application No. 976 of 2024 stand disposed of with the following directions : CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 971 OF 2024 (i) Complaints bearing S.C.C. Nos. 1737 of 2019 and 1740 of 2019 pending on the file of the JMFC, 2nd Court, Panvel, Navi Mumbai stand transferred to the JMFC, 3rd Court, Vashi, CBD Belapur for hearing and disposal in accordance with law alongwith S.C.C. No. 2916 of 2020.

(ii) S.C.C. Nos. 5974 of 2019 and 6053 of 2019 which are pending on the file of the JMFC, 7th Court, Vashi and S.C.C.No. 4958 of 2019 which is pending on the file of the JMFC, 15th Court, Vashi also stand transferred to the JMFC, 3rd Court, Vashi, CBD Belapur for hearing and disposal in accordance with law alongwith S.C.C. No. 2916 of 2020. (iii) By way of abundant caution, it is clarified that all six cases i.e. S.C.C. Nos. 2916 of 2020, 5974 of 2019, 6053 of 2019, 4958 of 2019, 1737 of 2019 and 1740 of 2019 be 2/3

heard and decided in accordance with law simultaneously by the learned JMFC, 3rd Court, Vashi, CBD Belapur. CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 976 OF 2024 (iv) Complaint bearing S.C.C. No. 1738 of 2019 pending on the file of the JMFC, 2nd Court, Panvel, Navi Mumbai stands transferred to the JMFC, 3rd Court, Vashi, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law along with S.C.C. No. 2403 of 2020.

(v) All these 8 Complaint cases shall be heard and decided by the JMFC, 3rd Court, Vashi in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

(vi) Both the Applications are disposed.
