The learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner will appear on 8 May 2025 and will file appropriate application before the appellate Court. If such an application is filed by the
petitioner, the appellate Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.
There shall not be any coercive action against the petitioner till 8 May 2025.
