By this application, the applicant seeks quashing and setting aside of the chapter case proceedings initiated by the police against the applicant i.e. Chapter Case No. 47/2024, before the respondent No. 2.

After what transpired in Court, learned A.P.P has taken instructions. Learned A.P.P on instructions of PSI Mr. Pankaj Hole attached to Gamdevi Police Station, who is SQ Pathan 1/2

902-APL-1045-2024.doc present in Court, states that the chapter case proceedings will be withdrawn against the applicant as well as the other party against whom the same has been initiated. Statement accepted. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the application. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
