Present Application filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Act, 2023 is seeking for quashing and setting aside of the impugned Order dated 1st July, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur thereby, the said Court quashed and set aside the Order of learned 6th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur, Navi Mumbai dated 18th April, 2024 passed in Crime No.117/2021 registered with Turbhe Police Station thereby bail was granted to the Applicant by the said learned Magistrate.

2) Learned Advocates for the parties made a joint statement that, now, the dispute is settled between the parties to this Application, as per the terms of settlement taken on record in this Application vide Court's 1/2

The said statement is accepted and the Settlement Agreement stands verified and recorded, accordingly. 3) In view thereof, the impugned Order dated 1st July, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur is quashed and set aside.

4) The Order dated 18th April, 2024 passed by 6th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur, Navi Mumbai in Crime No.117/2021 is restored.
