Heard. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the complaint filed in the year 2016 was decided by the Trial Court in the year 2024. The appeal, filed by respondent No.2, is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai. According to the learned Counsel, given that the matter has been pending since the year 2016, the Appellate Court may be directed to expedite the decision on the pending appeal.

In view of this, the learned Appellate Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the pending Criminal Appeal No.42 of 2024, filed by respondent No.2, and decide it expeditiously, on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
