Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State. 2.

By this application, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No.306 of 2024, registered with the R. A. Kidwai Marg Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police have filed a 'B' Summary Report before the appropriate Court in the aforesaid C.R. Statement accepted. He has tendered a report dated 16th December 2025 evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid application. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
