Mr. Ponda, learned Senior counsel for the Applicant submits that, the matter before the trial Court is fixed for 05th October, 2024 and the learned Magistrate has given a last chance to the Applicant/Complainant to proceed with the case further. He therefore, prays that interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) may be granted. 2) Mr. K.G.Menon, learned Senior counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 opposed the prayer of interim relief strongly, stating that the matter is going on since last 6 years. He further submits that he will first argue on the question of discharge before the trial court on the next date i.e. 05th October, 2024. Looking at the question involved in this Application, said statement is accepted.
