Chitra Sonawane 10-APL-1107-2024.doc submits that the present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the bonafide belief that the impugned order issuing process could only be challenged through such an application. 2.

However, the applicant has now realized that the said order can be challenged by way of a revision before the Sessions Court and intends to pursue that remedy. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate challenge before the Sessions Court. Leave granted as prayed for.
