P.C.:- 1) Present Application is filed for quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No. 384 of 2024 at Boisar Police Station, Palghar under Sections 377, 498-A, 500, 354-C, 509, 406, 415, 420, etc. of the Indian Penal Code,1860 ('IPC').

2) Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the informant is the wife of the Applicant No.1. There is another proceeding pending between the informant, i.e., Respondent No.2 herein and the Applicant No.1 vide Miscellaneous Application No.368 of 2024 on the Civil Appellate Side of this Court. In that connection, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 herein had addressed a letter 1/2

Learned counsel therefore, submitted that this possibility can be explored. 3) A copy of that letter mentioned hereinabove is taken on record and is marked 'X' for Identification.

4) In view of this submission, issue notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 26th November 2024.
