1) At the joint request of learned Advocates for respective parties, we refer present case for mediation.

2) Mr. Kadam, learned senior Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, the parties herein may be referred for mediation to senior Advocate Smt. Manjula Rao. He submitted that, Smt. Manjula Rao has already acceded to their request to act as a Mediator in the present case. 3) We therefore appoint senior Advocate Smt. Manjula Rao as a Mediator, to make an endeavor to resolve the disputes and differences between the parties in the present Petition and all allied litigation thereof. 1/2

6) Stand over to 1st August 2025.
