By this application, the applicants seek quashing and setting aside of the FIR bearing C.R. No. 149 of 2022 registered with the Vimantal Police Station, Pune City, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 427, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Mr. Pethe, learned A.P.P., on instructions submits that the police after conducting an investigation have filed a NC final report in the said C.R. Statement accepted.
