2025.01.18 12:26:51 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Information Report and the Complainant reiterates that they were uttered by the Applicant:- "तुम जैसे चोर चमार और भंगी नीची जात वाले आंबेडकर की औलाद को पाणी को छुने का और पाणी पीने का कोई अधि"कार नही. जो संडास साफ किकया उसिसका पाणी किपयो और तुम्हाला काम सिसफ+ संडास गटर साफ करना है।"

In view of the above statement, this Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 4.

As per the request of the Applicant, if the Applicant takes recourse to a remedy as is permissible in law, after the filing of the chargesheet, the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment.
