Learned APP states during pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is filed. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to annex copy of the charge-sheet and amend the prayer clause. We grant leave to annex copy of the charge-sheet and amend the prayer clause. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel also submits that during pendency of this application, Applicant No.4 has passed away and he seeks permission to delete the name of Applicant No.4. For that purpose also leave is granted. This amendment shall also be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
