By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following reliefs in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under:- "(B) This Hon'ble Court by exercising its inherent jurisdiction as per the provisions of Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita may kindly quash and set aside the FIR No.0254/2024 dated 06.07.2024 registered at Yeola City Police Station, Dist. Nashik for the offence punishable U/Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988".

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Shrirang, Katneshwarkar, sought a pass over. At his request, this Application was taken up after some time.

Mr. Shrirang, Katneshwarkar, on instructions from the Applicant, Sharada
39-APL-1148-2024.doc seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial court at the appropriate stage.

Request made by Mr. Shrirang, Katneshwarkar learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not objected to by Ms. G. Mulekar, learned APP for the State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Shrirang, Katneshwarkar, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If an application seeking discharge is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same is considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
