The learned APP submits, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court hall, that the investigation was carried out with reference to the First Information Report (FIR) bearing No. 0296 of 2022, dated 27th April, 2022 registered with the Shirur Police Station, Pune Rural. She further submits that a 'Final Report' has been tendered before the Court by Sub-Divisional Police Officer, who is the Investigating Officer, on 21st October, 2024,

Considering the same, this Criminal Application is disposed off.

Needless to state that if the Complainant submits a Protest Application and opposes the 'Final Report' and if the Trial Court concludes that further investigation will have to be ordered and rejects the 'Final Report', liberty to the Applicants to avail of a remedy for quashing of the FIR, if desired. All contentions are kept open and the disposal of this Application would not be an impediment.
