1) Learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 19th August 2025, the Petitioners in WP No. 1312 of 2023, have deposited cost of Rs. 3,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. A praecipe dated 22nd 1/2
dtg 1-Wp-1312-2023.doc September 2025, along with photocopies of bank transaction receipts issued by the Kotak Mahindra Bank, indicating the transfer of said cost are produced on record.
2) Learned Advocate appearing for Applicant submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 19th August 2025, the Applicant in APL No. 1203 of 2024, has also deposited the cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. A praecipe dated 18th September 2025, along with a photocopy of payment summary indicating that, said cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been transferred in the said Fund through NEFT, are produced on record.
2) In view thereof, the Petitioners and Applicant have complied with the directions issued by Order dated 19th August 2025. 3) Remove from board.
