DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :

Not on board. Taken on the production board because according to the learned counsel for the Applicants a conditional order was passed on 27.1.2025 mentioning that the office objections shall be removed on or before 10.2.2025 and if the office objections were not removed, the matter was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court on 11.2.2025. The first paragraph of the said order mentions that leave to amend to add the original complainant as Respondent Deshmane(PS)
: 2 :
501-apl-1385-24.odt No.2 was granted, but, the addition was to be carried out 'forthwith'.
2.
Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that he missed the word 'forthwith'. He was under the impression that the addition could be done subsequently. The removal of the office objections depended on carrying out that amendment. He submitted that because of the inadvertence, the word 'forthwith' was missed and, therefore, the matter is likely to be dismissed.
3.
Considering this genuine difficulty, time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of one week from today. Thereafter issue notice to the added Respondent No.2, returnable on 26.3.2025. The office objections shall be removed before that date. Stand over to 26.3.2025. ( S.M. MODAK, J.) (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Deshmane (PS) by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:
