2) Issue notice to the Respondents. Notice is returnable on 6th January, 2025. Learned A.P.P. Mr.Patil waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1-State and learned Counsel Ms.Deshmukh waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No.2.

3) Learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that the Applicant would deposit Rs.3,00,000/- within three weeks from today, in PWDVA Appeal No.15 of 2024, in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 makes a statement that, Respondent No.2 will not withdraw the said amount and/or take coercive steps against the Applicant, till the next date. Said statements are accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
