The learned advocate for the applicant has moved this praecipe seeking correction in the order dated 21st October, 2024, passed by this Court. It is pointed out that though in the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court had directed the Applicant to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- in the Sessions Court at Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

This Court while disposing the Criminal Application has erroneously held that the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited in this Court should be transferred to the Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
