We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the Petitioners and the Complainant. The learned A.P.P. has assisted the Court.

The Complainant has tendered an affidavit dated 7th August, 2024 stating therein that she desires that the FIR No. 341 of 2023, dated 4th June, 2023 registered with the Borivali Police Station, Brihanmumbai (City), be quashed since the Complainant and her husband have mutually 1/2
908 - APL 1516 OF 2024.odt KVM agreed to dissolve the marriage and seek a divorce by mutual consent. 3.
Considering the above and the nature of the allegations set out in the FIR and keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Narinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Punjab & Anr., (2014) 6 SCC 466, we accept the request of the Complainant and the Petitioners.

This Criminal Application is allowed and the FIR No. 341 of 2023 registered with the Borivali Police Station, stands quashed by consent of the Complainant and the Accused.
