Heard Mr. Sudhir Halli, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants. He states that by Order dated 19th November 2024, a learned Single Judge has issued notice to the Respondents and the said notice has been served on the Respondent No.2, however, none appears for the Respondent No.2.

Accordingly, to give one more opportunity to the Respondent No.2, issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable after six weeks. In addition to the Court notice, the Applicants to serve the Respondent No.2 by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
