Present Application is seeking for quashing and setting aside of the Order dated 10th October, 2024 passed in Miscellaneous Application No.1878/2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, thereby said Application seeking for extension of time to furnish surety, came to be rejected.

2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, now, nonbailable warrant has been issued against the Applicant. 3) Investigation Officer Mr. Sachin N. Gawate, through learned APP states that, his team has gone to execute NBW, as the Applicant is required for interrogation in the crime related to this Application. 4) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant would attend before the I.O. whenever required. Manoj 902-APL-1649-2024.doc states that, the Applicant may be directed to attend Vashi Railway Police Station from 5th to 7th December, 2024 between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., for interrogation.

5) The aforesaid statements are accepted as an undertaking to the Court. Applicant shall attend before the I.O. as stated above. 6) The Non-bailable warrant is stayed till the next date. 7) Stand over to 12th December, 2024.
