By this application, the applicant is seeking expediting the complaint filed by the applicant which is pending before the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate's 4th Court, Girgaun.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the complaint is filed by the applicant in the year 2019 under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, yet it has not been decided hence requested to expedite the hearing of the said complaint.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 6.

I have heard both the learned counsel. As complaint filed by the applicant is of the year 2019, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the said complaint and decide it on its own merit. 7.
