The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits, on instructions, that the Applicants be granted leave to withdraw this Application and further requests that the trial may be concluded expeditiously.

The learned Addl.PP submits that the next date of the Criminal Case bearing No. 4838/PS/2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 65th Court at Andheri, is 15th February, 2025.

Having considered the above request, this Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 5.

We expect the learned Magistrate to decide the Criminal Case bearing No. 4838/PS/2015, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, prior to 15th June, 2025.
