The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits, on instructions, that the Applicants desire that the Court should hear the Applicants on merits of the Application seeking quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) bearing No. 0260 of 2024, dated 17th August, 2024 registered with the Mira Road Police Station, District Mira Bhayandar.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, we expressed our disinclination.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Applicants seek leave to withdraw this Application as they desire to avail
Trupti 3-apl-1706-2024.odt of a remedy after the filing of the charge-sheet, of seeking discharge or quashing of the charge sheet.

In light of the above, this Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

In the event, the Applicants avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law, after the filing of the charge-sheet, the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment and all contentions are kept open.
