Heard learned Advocates in all these Petitions. In view of the settlement, the Complainant has informed the trial Court and accordingly, the trial Court has acquitted the accused for the offence punishable under Section 138 read with 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The complaints were withdrawn. Copy of the order dated 24th July 2025 is annexed to the Praecipe. 2.
