Present Application seeks a direction to the Court of learned District Judge-5 and Additional Sessions Judge, at Kalyan to expeditiously decide the Bail Application of the Applicant filed at Exhibit-3 in Sessions Case No. 209 of 2022, pending before the said Court. 2) Heard Mr.Bhawnani, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Patil, learned APP for the Respondent-State. Perused the record. 3) Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally, with consent of the parties.

4) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the said Application for bail at Exhibit-3 was filed on 26th September, 2023. After the prosecution filed its reply, the Bail Application was finally heard on 25th September, 2024. In this regard, he pointed out the case status, enclosed with the Application at page No.68. The Applicant/Accused is in custody since arrest i.e. on 15th September, 2021.
