The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the charge has been framed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class on 21st July, 2014. He further submits that after 10 years and 6 months, the said case, RCC No.56 of 2012, is still pending. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits, on instructions that the Applicants may be permitted to withdraw this Criminal Application. The learned Advocate for the Applicants, however, makes a prayer that the proceedings before the Trial Court may be expedited.

In view of the above, this Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. Considering that the charge has been framed on 21st July, 2014, we direct the Trial Court to complete the proceedings in RCC No.56 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 31st July, 2025, if there is no other legal impediment. All contentions are kept open.
