The learned counsel for the applicant is mentioning this application before this Court for the reason that in terms of Circular dated 8th February 2024, the bail application will have to be considered by this Court in the light of the fact that anticipatory bail application of co-accused person was dismissed by this Court on 9th July 2024.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh, in the light of co-accused No.3 being granted regular bail by the Sessions Court. 4.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
