When this application was called out for consideration, the learned APP, on instructions of the investigating officer present in Court, makes a statement that the applicant - Kacharu Govind Patil has also preferred an application for bail before the Sessions Court, wherein hearing was conducted yesterday (01.07.2024) and now the application is adjourned for hearing before the Sessions Court on 06.07.2024. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforementioned application pending before the Sessions Court pertains to co-accused person.

The learned counsel for the applicant shall verify the facts and report to this Court. If it is found that the applicant has already filed the said bail application before the Sessions Court, this Court would be inclined to dismiss the present application only on that ground. 4.
