On the last occasion, hearing on this application was adjourned as the learned counsel for the applicant was required to take instructions as to whether the applicant was pursuing a parallel proceeding, in the sense that an application for bail was said to be pending before the Sessions Court also. 2.
Upon verification, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not filed any bail application before the Sessions Court and the said application pertains to a co-accused person. 3.
Therefore, the applicant is permitted to pursue the present application. It appears that the entire set of papers pertaining to the present application are not available today with the learned APP. 4.
