After arguing for some and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw present application with liberty to move afresh if there is no progress in trial.

Leave to withdraw present application granted with liberty to move afresh before Trial Court for bail after six month, if there is no progress in trial.

Considering the fact that the matter is under POCSO Act, trial is expedited.
