The role attributed to the applicant is identical to that of the coaccused-Kiran Subhash Ghadge whose Bail Application No.1801 of 2024 was rejected by detailed order dated 28th August, 2024 passed by this Court.

Though Mr. Aniket Nikam, counsel for the applicant has tried to carve out exception to the said order in my considered opinion if contention of Mr. Nikam are appreciated, the same amounts to appreciation of the evidence at the stage of the trial. 3.

That being so, for the reasons disclosed in the order dated 28th August, 2024 while rejecting the bail application of co-accused Kiran, we see no reason to take a different view in the present matter. 4.
